    Cerinte

    1 year of experience in e-commerce online fashion retail;
    Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
    MS Office (intermediate level of Excel is a must);
    Good communication skills and attention to details;
    Customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills;
    Fast learner and ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.

    Responsabilitati

    Pre-sale activities such as market research, product specifications & client offers;
    Assisting in creating sales material for sales preparation;
    Processing orders, coordinating shipping and deliveries;
    Tracking fulfillment by liaising with the logistics team;
    Assisting in the invoicing process;
    Offering after-sales support such as handling clients inquiries & complaints;
    Monitoring clients' campaigns launch;
    Compiling data and updating sales reports;
    Stock management (product receptions, stock counting, shipping & corresponding paperwork);
    Liaising with colleagues across all departments, as well as with client representatives.
