    Job Description:

    - Technical Service Owner SysOps for Automotive Service;

    - Consulting activities in the area of Group IT Infrastructure Operations for internal customers;

    - Support locations managed by Group IT Infrastructure Operations with budget inputs and forecasts;

    - Ensure service is delivered as per agreed SLAs/OLAs, quality and scope;

    - Global coordination of Group IT Infra Operations support activities for the MIS service for managed locations;

    - Global coordination of Group IT Infra Operations Storage Virtual Team;

    - Drive continuous improvement of service trough efficiency and automation;

    - Conduct research on complex cases, validate cases for escalations and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

    Job Requirements:

    - Creatively solve problems while maintaining a timely, cost effective approach;

    - Coordination, communication and presentation skills;

    - High motivation to work in a challenging, global acting and multicultural team;

    - Fluent in English (German a plus);

    - Knowledge of ITIL processed;

    - Ability to coordinate support activities for a global team;

    - Experience with storage technologies (Netapp, EMC, SAN);

    - Experience with IT monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga, Grafana);

    - Experience with HP & CISCO platforms (Chassis/Blades/Switches);

    - Virtualization knowledge (vSphere, Hyper-V);

    - Scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
