jobs.colorful.hr is looking for a Network Engineer for a software development company, based in Bucharest.

Requirements:
• 5+ years hands-on experience in managing networking;
• Ability to implement, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including firewall, routers, switches, controllers & wireless access points;
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols;
• Intermediate systems administration skills (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery);
• Shell scripting hands-on experience;
• Good communication abilities in Romanian & English (both written and verbal).

The main activities will be:
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer’s network issues;
• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents;
• Propose and implement physical and virtual network infrastructure;
• Perform system administration activities, such as deployments, configuration, system monitoring, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting;
• Assist with Helpdesk functions as needed.
