IBM Internship – Testing Specialist

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

student in final year or fresh graduate or Computer Science or related universities (Polytechnica, Cybernetics, etc );
basic Linux commands for working in a directory structure, launching scripts and verifying application logs;
basic knowledge of application servers (Weblogic or other) – checking server and deployment status, stopping and starting managed servers and sub-processes;
basic knowledge of SQL syntax for executing various queries on a database;
knowledge in automation concepts for both functional and non-functional testing;
English: advanced.

create ATP(acceptance test plan) document covering the scope, duration, means of execution of a testing campaign
organize and participate in Kick-off/Closure meetings for PSAT/SAT campaigns and send start/end notifications for Qualification ;
execute testing based on the documented procedures and available documentation;
report daily status to involved stakeholders;
create Test Report document;
participate in the review process of the testing assets and documentation coming from X-DEV.
