• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong planning and organizing skills;
• Good PC knowledge.

• Identifying shipments and paperwork acceptable for export;
• Completing customs declarations and related paperwork accurately and in the time frame established by the procedures used;
• Handling export queries from clients, daily paperwork checking and preparation;
• Presenting and retrieving of customs declarations from other customs points;
• Checking database, filling in the customs journal;
• Contact shippers and stations in deadline with reason for delays in shipment;
• Finalizing daily paperwork, reports and inventories.
