    Requirements

    • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position or related work experience (Architectural Engineering & Construction), with successful track record in a sales and/or a business development position;
    • Extensive experience in Door and Hardware Specification and related norms and regulations;
    • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of architect practices, specifiers, contractors and end-users within related markets – is mandatory;
    • Good understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling), Green Buildings and market trends;
    • A Technical or Construction related bachelor's degree;
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
    • Experience in BIM tools and AutoCad is a plus;
    • High energy and team player;
    • Ability to travel as required for the role;
    • Advanced English level.

    Responsibilities

    • Secure comprehensive specification and provide technical support for the projects sales across the Romanian market region;
    • Build and deliver a robust pipeline of Specification projects to support sales growth for the region;
    • Deliver accurate Specification sales reports and forecasts for the region that you are assign in, timely manner to the Managing Director;
    • Maintain a strong account planning and management process for key stakeholders (architects, contractors, owners etc.) in your respective region;
    • Collects and handover to Head of Specification any relevant customer feedback or market insights to drive improvement and growth;
    • Provide technical support to negotiate quotations and sale contracts;
    • Conduct Project management and post-installation surveys.
