What you have to do:
-You will offer your assistance to customers by phone, e-mail, and instant messaging applications using different tools to process customer’s requests.
-Assist customers according to the documented procedures and processes;
-Organize and prioritize the time and the task you are given;
-Establish a good working relationship with customers and colleagues;
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM-20:00 PM
