    • Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration;
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role;
    • Experience in working with SAP system;
    • Experienced in Microsoft Office package: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Good organizational skills;
    • Excellent spoken and written English.


    • Track team expenses against the approved budget;
    • Support ordering process with 3rd party suppliers, based on established projects and budget;
    • Make Invoicing reconciliation;
    • Support weekly and monthly reporting activity;
    • Support ordering processing including order entry, change orders, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
