The main responsibilities would be:
1. Change Request Process governance:
• Provide guidelines to support the internal stakeholders by sharing the details about the process with the stakeholders and offer support in their discussions with Finance
• Ensure the steps in the process are being followed in terms of process quality assurance
• Provide proper governance for the CR process
• Manage renewal process for all the BC’s
2. Communication:
• Manage the mailbox to ensure all communication related to each request is organized in folders and documented for later queries
• Workplace communication such as CR Process stats
3. Reporting:
• Update the CR requests database (in Excel) in order to be able to prepare the CR Process dashboard
• Prepare, deliver and updated SharePoint with the dashboard only for CR process -
• Support the internal stakeholders with any ad-hoc reporting such as requests on existing resources or different resource analysis preparation
• Ensure data quality
