IT Recruitment Partner (360) with German

Whilst ability, motivation and attitude are most important, it would be a distinct advantage to speak at an advanced level English and German . You need to be an expert in the recruitment lifecycle including; Attraction / Engagement excellence, Sourcing techniques, Vacancy and candidate management, Introduction to Assessment & Selection. Effective communication, time management and prioritisation are very important skills in this role.

Based on our dynamic growth we are looking for an end to end IT Recruiter with German who will provide off-site sourcing activities for our RPO Client. Your role will be to manage the recruitment process from end to end. Location: Bucharest

You will have a platform for creating strong business relationship with the Client and candidates while delivering suitable candidates to the open vacancies. You can showcase your talent for finding and engaging with Tech talent by using various sourcing channels and through various sourcing strategies. You will be first person of contact of our client, and will have the opportunity to provide market insights and act as an advisor to the hiring managers, supporting them in taking hire decisions. You will act as a Catalyst for change in the way they think and act around workforce engagement.
