    Job Description :

    Investment Controller for two Business Units from Contitech ( MFS and PTG):



    * eCR preparation (presentation, Fin analyze) for all investment projects > 50 kEUR
    * eCR preparation (presentation, Fin analyze) for cost saving investment projects
    * Forecast preparation and coordination for Approval and Spendings (PTG and MFS)
    * Preparation of Post completion audits
    * Investment management in SAP (creation of project numbers, internal projects, budget allocation, budget availability, budget program, close old project numbers, etc)
    * Track investment Budget, signalize if eCR supplements are necessary in case budgets are exceeded
    * Track RPE projects linked to Investment projects.
    * Reporting of Restructuring Expenses linked to relocation projects (MFS and PTG)
    * Ad-hoc analysis linked to Investment controlling
    * Participation in various meetings with project team for different investment projects
    * Budget preparation for Investment Approval and Spendings
    * Controller approval of shopping carts in CEOS for investments

    Sales Controlling for Contitech PTG:


    * daily and weekly tracking of sales (FRT)
    * month closing booking of accruals
    * monthly reports on sales and margin per segment and customers
    * FC preparation for sales and margin
    * Budget preparation for sales and Margin
    Responsible for P&L line items handling and freight costs Contitech PTG:

    * Month closing booking of accruals
    * Monthly reports for handling and Freight
    * FC preparation for handling and Freight
    * Budget preparation for handling and Freight


    Other tasks:



    * MTP Price calculations for Contitech PTG
    * MTP Price checking for intra business Contitech PTG
    * Equalization process Contitech PTG
    * Management Risk Reporting and Compliance Risk Reporting (GRC) for CT Rom MFS


    Job Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field;
    * Previous experience (min. 3 years) as an controller or accountant;
    * Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; SAP;
