Pre-sales technical leader

OC Prod is a consulting company in Management and Organization, founded in 2005 in Romania, which currently operates in 6 countries on 4 continents (Canada, Morocco, France, Romania, Vietnam, China).

OC Prod is an international recruitment agency, specialized in areas such as engineering, medical, retail. IT, Finacial, BPO etc.

We are involved, together with our clients, who are also our partners in developing and implementing projects.

Qualities required to succeed in this role:
• Successful candidates will be energetic and enthusiastic, able to work under pressure
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a company of the digital sector comparable to our client (with a similar role as a Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager or Technical Lead)
• Proficiency in French (both conversational and in writing)
• Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills
• Good understanding of project and programme finances
• IT trainings are appreciated
• Technical skills (description of technologies, frameworks, versions, certifications, etc.)

• Contributing to the written proposal, both in terms of direction, content and presentation, including the Executive Summary
