You come with:
C1 level of Greek
B2 level of English
Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in BPO could be an advantage
Availability to work from home on a 24/7 flexible schedule
A day in Conectys:
You will be offering customer support via phone, e-mail, or chat
You will answer & solve customers inquiries & complaints by offering an accurate solution
You will follow predefined workflows & handle issues specific to each communication channel
Respond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines
Update the database with all the details about each customer interaction
