    Requirements:
    - Minimum 5 years experience in a sales role/client facing rol;
    - Proven professional experience in managing communications internally and externally;
    - Adaptability to changing circumstances and new information that impacts goals and plans;
    - Enjoying working in direct collaboration with the client;
    - Adapts to new ways of working and customer environment;
    - Strong customer-facing situations skills;
    - Interested in learning and understanding IT projects at a high level;
    - Solid written and verbal communication skills;
    - You are fluent in German and English;
    - Available for travel in Germany if needed (Short periods of time);

    Responsabilitati

    Your challenges:
    - Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer account Managers;
    - Work closely with the business owner on a growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives;
    - Maintaining the relationship with the stakeholders from Germany;
    - Taking care of all the administrative task regarding the apartments in Germany;
    - Holding interviews with candidates in order to increase and maintain the internal pipeline;
    - Making an assessment of the German level of the candidates;
    - Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among departments, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together;
    - Takes ownership and follows through on commitments ;
    - Being well organized, positive attitude, proactive and solutions offering are just as normal;
    - Used to handle difficult situations, stressful days and not afraid of unexpected challenges;
    - Loves his work, is flexible and open to learn new things and develop himself, is humble and focused on results;
