    Minimum Skills to Hire:
    • Customer-oriented - easy to prove

    • Language skills: English & French advanced level (C1)
    • 1-year experience
    Responsibilities:
    • Responds to Client requests through multiple communication channels
    • Maintains solid client relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
    • Manages team and covers all administrative and management duties according to the job description
    • Promoting, implementing and observing company procedures - quality, security, etc.
    • Providing support to the team and, at the same time, to each agent, providing accurate information about the product and/or the service it promotes
    • Real-time management - presence among agents to help and support them in real-time
    • Contributing to motivating agents, primarily by encouraging them and recognizing their achievements
