    Cerinte

    Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role;
    Economic studies;
    Human Resources Inspector certification – nice to have;
    Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel in particular);
    Highly proficient in English;
    Thorough knowledge of labor laws;

    Responsabilitati

    Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from colleagues and external partners;
    Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues;
    Ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws;
    Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, job descriptions, addendums, termination documents, for all EveryMatrix offices within the local labor law specifications, and offer assistance to our colleagues in understanding their contents and legal context);
    Organize and maintain personnel records (make sure all contracts, job descriptions, addendums, employee documents are up to date in real time and stored in the appropriate spaces);
    Update SAL with personal data, hires, exits, changes of position, location or salary in real time and in compliance with local legislation, in order to report Reges to labor authorities in due time;
    Update organizational structure in real time
    Liaise with external partners (vendors) and Office Managers across all offices, and ensure legal compliance (e.g. health and safety, insurance, work protection);
    Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee data
    Offer support to team members during internal and external audits when needed (e.g. scanned employment docs)
    Assist HR colleagues in ad-hoc projects when needed.
