    Requirements

    - Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
    - Bachelor's degree in any other field related to Human Resources or Psiychology;
    - HR Processes Management and organizational development;
    - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (minimum 5 years experience);
    - Excelent active listening, negociantion and presentation skills;
    - Strong HR generalist, well versed in all areas of the HR life cycle (compensations & benefits, recruitment, reward, employee relations, talent & performance management, learning & development);

    Responsibilities

    - Oversees all Human Resources activities in the Plant, such as HR Department Budgeting and Planning, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Appraisal, Personnel Administration, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and Procedures;
    - Validates the recruitment planning and needs, appraises the pre-selection of candidates, authorizes the final hiring decision and negotiates packages, advises about the orientation programs and Job Initiation Plans;
    - Assures the implementation of the corporate HR procedures, set up and implement local HR Policies;
    - Set up and updates of Compensation and Benefits policy in line with Coficab Strategy;
    - Oversees and monitor payroll accuracy and payment on time;
    - Validates the training plan in line with the training policy and the local training regulations;
    - Monitor the implementation of the Annual Training plan and guarantee its effectiveness;
    - Administer the Performane Appraisal System and Talent Management process;
    - Promotes the company values and culture, design and control the implementation of internal communication policy;
    - Prepares and control the annual HR budget and strategic plans, communicates and review HR KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes and procedures;
