    Job description:

    * Responsible to be actively involved in the tracking of Purchasing KPI`s from area of responsibility;
    * Responsible to be actively involved in the tracking of BU/Division target achievement level;
    * Contributes with knowledge for big data source tools used within Purchasing including capability to synchronize information and define ways for correct reporting;
    * Contribute in defining methods for promoting on project; level components cost reduction ideas;
    * Contribute in generating ideas to achieve cost reductions; and costs avoidance in an early phase of the project;
    * Facilitate activities and interdisciplinary teams to identify; evaluate and to achieve best solutions and cost improvements;
    * Involved in defining methodology to identify Material Riskin BoMs, using existing parameters from existing tools to simplify risk evaluation and reduce manual effort;
    * Responsible in defining tools and methods to simplify overall risk status and reporting;
    * Responsible for BoM costing and platform sourcings for projects in development for mechanical and electromechanical parts;
    * Responsible for investigating supplier component prices and cost optimization potentials by analyzing CAF`s;
    * Responsible to have good understanding of manufacturing and product related processes;
    * Support in transferring knowledge of designing cost optimized components & products to the experts from engineering department;
    * Project support for medium to high complex projects in business fields to deliver, on time, all related matters by optimum inputs for quotes, workshops, BOM evaluation and implementation of potential savings in the project;
    * Support technical change process after SOP;
    * Providing input/development and implementation of purchasing strategies to have influence at supplier level and thus provide competitive proposals for product improvements;
    * Push design to cost / target cost process to attain the target costs derived from target costs workshop for materials;
    * To reduce total material costs by fulfilling the required functions;
    * Perform Cost Reduction Programs (CRP) for BU's products after SOP, Push Re-design to cost and CRP programs.

    Job requirements:

    * 1-2 years within automotive industry; preferred purchasing, quality, engineering, cost management, manufacturing planning;
    * Basic experience project management methods;
    * Basic experience of intercultural and international working environment;
    * University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Electronics, Automatics, Mechanics, Manufacturing/Operation Planning, Economics Science).
