What are we looking for?
Proven work experience (0-2 years) as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role in a dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs). Training will be provided to enhance existing skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
Ability to present our company positively and open roles to potential candidates.
Effective project and time-management abilities.
Recruitment Sourcer and Admin responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, you are an organized person, you know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
Recruitment Sourcer responsibilities include:
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and job portals.
Crafting and publishing recruitment ads.
Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
Organizing interviews with hiring specialists and hiring managers.
Screening the applications for various jobs.
Updating the recruitment databases.
Preparing regular recruitment reporting.
Coordinating with the recruitment specialists to determine position requirements.
