    Requirements

    • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
    • Relevant experience in IT field, preferably technical support or help desk;
    • Good Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating System (installation and configuration of operating systems and related applications, upgrades);
    • Work experience in handling hardware problems of PC's and servers;
    • Good network knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP setup and configuration concepts)
    • Good communication skills with the ability to treat complains and explain technical issues to users;
    • Very good understanding of MS Office Environment;
    • Working knowledge of English.

    Responsabilitati


    Responsibilities

    • Operating in a helpdesk environment which aims at assisting the users in the use
    and utilization of applications
    • Install and configure operating systems and related applications, upgrades;
    • Run the daily and night IT batch process required
    • Handle hardware problems of PC's, servers and other IT equipments.
    • Deploying new applications that must be installed on the user PC’s;
    • Handling complains and explaining technical issues to users who are not technical oriented;
