IT Recruitment Team Lead

IFUTURE Romania is a recruitment company part of a multinational organisation Thakral Group from Singapore. We want to be the Solution Partner, positioning as the intermediate between the potential of the labor market and the specialized staff need from our portofolio clients.

You have minimum 4+ years experience in IT recruitment environment;
You are fluent in English;
You have experience in working with recruiting systems and processes;
You have experience in managing a team;
You are a problem solver;
Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with clients;
Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual;
Analytic, well organized, confident.

Motivating and directing the recruiting professionals on your team;
Ensuring incremental growth of revenue is consistent with company targets;
Full-cycle recruitment for our client's IT projects;
Actively participating in the recruitment and hiring of internal staff;
Create, track, and monitor team KPIs and produce weekly/monthly summary reports to provide feedback on team performance.
