Production manager - Satu Mare

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in electronics manufacturing
Experience in managing employees
Experience in managing customer commit process
Experience in supporting Quality Management Systems (ISO), Lean and Customer Satisfaction
Knowledge of ISO procedures and the ability to maintain quality records and execute ISO activities
Proficient with PC-based software including SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong, effective organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees;
Ability to assess training needs and requirements for production staff
Ability to supervise production staff
Fluency in English, optional German
Work with production and maintain production schedule
Plan, establish production schedule based on clear dates
Work with a clear schedule
Interview candidates to fill manufacturing roles
Performance management (reviews, evaluations, discipline, etc)
Plan, organize and structure the training of the subordinate staff
Provide work assignments
Provide and execute delivery commitments
Lean project identification and implementation
Interface with external departments (engineering, doc control, materials, quality) on manufacturing related processes / issues
