    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)


    ― Fluent in Italian (B2-C1) and English language (minimum B1);
    ― University degree required (business management or law preferred);
    ― Minimum 3 years of experience within the field relevant to the contract management profession (such as commercial, legal, procurement, IT);
    ― Commercial law or economical background;
    ― Team player, collaborative and persuasive, able to work well with executives and non-executives;
    ― Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills;
    ― Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and an ability to provide appropriate advice;
    ― Build trust-based relationships by delivering on commitments;
    ― Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and flexible;
    ― Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and strong Email communication skills.


    ― Support a project team (Legal Professionals, Contract Management and business teams) and/or Service Center in accomplishing assigned tasks, including but not limited to reviewing of contracts or dealing with different administrative matters;
    ― Participate in the process to identify and solve commercial and contract risks and issues;
    ― Perform research on contractual terms and conditions or other regulations;
    ― Be responsible for ensuring that where Contracting is deployed, all contract risks and issues are identified, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved. If the contract is not aligned with or issues are not resolved they should be promptly raised to their Contracting line manager;
    ― With/ without supervision, may work on small, medium, large, and multiple engagements or single engagement;
    ― Assisted with drafting and reviewing contractual documents (i.e., Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (not exclusive, etc.) collaborating with other internal organizations, working under the direction of a contract management lead where appropriate.
