ICT Infrastructure Senior Officer – Security Admin

• University degree in related field (Computer Science considered an advantage)
• Good experience with antimalware and data loss prevention systems
• Good knowledge of IT Security threats, standards and best practices
• Experience with specialized IT Security software and appliances, forensic investigations and incident response
• Ability to understand and develop scripting (PowerShell, batch)
• IT & Telecommunication general knowledge
• Team worker and proactive attitude
• Problem-solving skills, capability to manage small projects
• Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion.
• Good command in English

• Responsible for configuration and operation of specialized IT Security platforms
• Manage specific new projects implementation
• Work closely with the team to provide solutions for business requests
• Provide second level support for daily incoming requests and incident reports
• Install hardware and software according to the procedures
• Maintains and updates existing systems
• Maintains relationships with third parties in forensic troubleshooting
• Follows up the service and support contracts, assuring continuity
• Completes and follows up all the documentation involved in daily activities
