    Cerinte

    • Previous experience in accounting (1-3 years) on a similar position;
    • Economic studies;
    • English – medium/ advanced level;
    • MS OFFICE package – advanced knowledge;
    • SAP-knowledge is a plus;
    • Planning skills, analysis and organization skills, dynamism, team spirit, attention to detail.

    Responsabilitati

    • Booking monthly invoices and accruals in SAP ERP System;
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in services area;
    • Vendors balance account confirmation, compensation of mutual receivable and payable;
    • Verification and booking of travel expenses (domestic and external) according to the internal procedure and the local legislation;
    • Records of tax residency certificates;
    • Verification and analysis of GL accounts (BS/P&L);
    • Specific activity reports required by other departments (Reporting& Controlling, Procurement, Marketplace etc.);
    • Active participation in month-end closure operations;
    • Monthly intercompany reconciliation;
    • Provide support for implementing various system modifications, including testing;
    • Handle other specific accounting services operations.
