Labor Relations Specialist - fixed-term contract 6 months

Legal Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of professional experience on a similar role
In-depth knowledge of labor and social insurance legislation
Advanced level of written and oral English language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and change management
Curiosity to learn new things and courage to propose new approaches
Tactical communication skills to provide advice and counsel in difficult conflicts and disputes
Ability to firmly defend opinions
Ability to prioritize activities and to work on multiple projects at once

Organize end-to-end Disciplinary Committees
Participate in the elaboration / revision / approval of human resources policies and procedures and in the process of elaboration of the Internal Regulations
Provide legal solutions to managers and the HR team for organizational changes projects, to ensure compliance with labor legislation
Participate in the activities of negotiation and conclusion of the collective labor agreement, in collaboration with other departments of the company
Provide support to the HR team regarding the interpretation of legal provisions and internal policies / collective labor agreement
Coach and educate managers on topics related to labor relations
