    Responsibilities

    • Be aware of R Systems’ management system according to ISO 9001. Working according to the ISO 9001 compliant management and managing the Business Administration process in relation to ISO compliance
    • Document processes and work instructions for processes related to administration
    • Oversee inventory
    • Travel arrangements: reservations - flights, hotels and all necessary travel documents, visas
    • Phone subscriptions; handle the relation with the supplier
    • Handles all contracts with the suppliers, attends negotiation meetings regarding the cost /quality of the service provider.
    • Creation of orders in accounting systems
    • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, maintain the company archive, sending business documentation by regular mail or courier
    • Assistance in shipping orders to customers (either in person or by delivery service.
    • Import assistance (preparation of customs documentation and maintaining the relationship with customs through delivery company).
    • Answering telephone calls and assist with reception duties, as needed
    • Ensure the maintenance of the Bucharest office (supplier orders, protocol activities, coordination of fault repairs, administration of parking spaces)
    • Receive clients, partners, collaborators, candidates and to redirect them to the persons of interest
