    If you have a general understanding of AD/LDAP, Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, Networking, SCCM, VPN/Proxy
    If you have an advanced understanding of how Windows OS functions and the apps/services used at the endpoint level
    If you have basic knowledge about macOS / iOS / AndroidOS functionality
    If you had a previous Helpdesk/FLS job and are acquainted with the requirements of such a position
    If you are fluent in English, both at the written and speaking level, in order to properly communicate with colleagues or collaborators that do not speak Romanian


    Learning about the hardware/software requirements of MD employees
    Getting acquainted with the different systems that are the basis of functionality for MD users
    Learning the different policies that are in place for servicing / IT acquisitions in the helpdesk department
    Learning the management structure and the various relational needs of each department/domain
    Learning the solutions to a pool of recurrent issues occurring at the endpoint level
