Senior Data Business Analyst

Desired knowledge, skills and abilities and experience :
• Experience in a subscription-based B2C setting
• Experience with analyzing AB or multivariate experiments
• Experience building statistical models around user behavior in e-commerce or application-focused setting
• Experience in measuring and reporting on the fundamental factors that drive marketing success in International markets.
• Experience Manipulating data using SQL, Python, or R programming to generate insights or build statistical models
• Good numeracy skills and a passion for communicating data through clear narratives
Nice to have:
• Prior experience in a SaaS company
• Prior experience in working with advertising data (Google, Facebook, Affiliate platforms)
• Knowledge of Elastic Search/ Kibana
• Degree in economics, statistics, or computer science

• Analyze large sets of unstructured quantitative data and turn it into actionable insights for the marketing team to improve performance across paid and organic user acquisition channels
• Own, manage and report on the performance metrics of the acquisition funnels, customer lifecycle and retention behavior
• Work closely with product development and marketing teams in order to identify and resolve relevant product questions about customer behavior in order to maximize marketing efforts
• Contribute to designing and analyzing AB testing and multivariate testing performance with data-driven insights
• Develop statistical models for customer behavior related to purchase, in-app and retention behavior and highlight relevant trends
• Efficiently communicate findings to stakeholders across the group
