    • Experience in Big 4
    • Master Diploma (Finance)
    • Relevant professional experience: 5-7 years
    • English advanced level (written, spoken, conversation)
    • Very good knowledge of finance & accounting principles and processes
    • Very good IFRS knowledge and finance related legislation
    • Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office
    • Good knowledge and application of accounting software (preferable SAP)
    • Proactively identifies and proposes opportunities to improve activity, processes and regulations
    • Able to elaborate reports and analysis in order to support / optimize end to end processes
    • Advanced communication and collaboration skills, very good presentation skills
    • Independently organizes and prioritizes own activity effectively and efficiently
    • Solid execution skills proved by ability to adjust new tasks & situations in an effective manner, showing flexibility in the way of thinking and acting
    • Ability to define individual objectives in line with the department objectives; supports more junior colleagues for the definition of objectives, career development and identification of training needs.
    • Solid ability to innovate, suggesting improvements to the work related to cross-functional / discipline activities, developing and participation in developing solutions to complex problems and identify opportunities to improve activity


    • Provides specialized finance discipline expertise for a variety of complex tasks and problem resolution within own discipline for the serviced companies. Independently researches and analyzes finance discipline issues or assists more senior staff in the departments on highly complex key issues.
    • Conducts end-to-end process analysis for implementation of new activities/business requirements.
    • Performs accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing activities.
    • Ensures an accurate and timely performing of all assigned tasks, respecting the principles and rules in place.
    • Participates and contributes with finance & accounting expertise into relevant projects.
    • Process development in Service Center finance area; measures and evaluates process improvements
    • Continuously analyzes and evaluates changing customers’ requirements/business needs and proactively proposes process improvement opportunities and necessities
    • Discuss and align with the internal stakeholders the finance discipline topics concerning daily business, respectively correlate business processes with the accounting ones.
    • Supports the identification of potential risks in area of expertise and proposes solutions for risk mitigation.
    • Provides process development ideas and propose adaptation within the organization
    • Supports the definition of guidelines related to the handled processes / activities within Finance organization
