    As a Customer Support Advisor with Ascensos, you will show your passion for technical field by providing exceptional, individualised customer support

    To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience
    Prior experience in Customer Support environment would be preferred
    Advanced skills German language
    Advanced level of English
    Good IT skills (troubleshooting, networking, firewalls) would be preferred
    Experience in using multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Server)
    Excellent communication skills and empathy
    Ability to work both in a team and individually
    Focused and Problem solving oriented attitude
    Enthusiasm and Passion
    Ability to learn new skills and adapt


    • Receive by e-mail queries from customers and identifying the best solution for each case
    • Respond to all customers’ queries in a professional manner;
    • Using troubleshooting IT skills to help the client
    • Escalate queries, when necessary, to 2nd level of support
    • Maintain contact with other departments in order to fix the clients’ requests
    • Develop and maintain the technical knowledge in order to continuously improve activity
    • Be proactive and suggest improvements
