• Advanced French and very good English skills, both written and spoken;
• Microsoft Office initiated;
• Client oriented, excellent communicator – both oral and in writing, very good listener, adaptable and team player;
• Similar experience would be an advantage;
• Responsible and self-managing.
• Provide support on hotel booking requests to the clients’ French customers, via phone, chat or e-mail;
• Operate the booking activities in specific tools and applications;
• Keep contact with dedicated departments for booking confirmations, booking vouchers or any other similar activity;
• Update the system with the relevant information;
• Deliver services as per SLA’s.
