    Requirements

    Job Requirements :

    •Advanced experience in Office software suite, especially Excel; Microsoft Project is an advantage.
    •Ability to work simultaneously on several projects and being able to work on tight schedules.
    •Good networking and negotiation skills.
    •Customer focus, Communication and Persuasion Skills, Proactive.
    •Attention to details and quality oriented.
    •Ability to Analyze and have analytical thinking.
    •English spoken and written – mandatory.
    •Knowledge of Contract Law, Procurement process knowledge is a plus.
    •SAP system is an advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    •Identifies together with the project team the samples need for each Sample loop.
    •Collaborates with Project Managers, Engineering team, Purchasers, Customers and Suppliers to get things done.
    •Creates with the help of the project team the Milestone plan for prototypes.
    •Evaluates the Initial resources for Quotation - costs parts, tools, testing devices and resources for each prototype loop .
    •Analyzes financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation for prototypes
    •Discuss and plans the activities in advance with Prototype Lab Group.
    •Negotiates terms to guarantee the best conditions for acquisition of materials and services, by respecting procurement process, procedures and legal requirements.
    •Performs all the procurement activities for all the sample components, tooling, test equipment/fixtures needed, including tracking the orders at providers (electronic components, PCB, housing, connectors, etc.) by maintaining permanent contact with the suppliers and clarifies the open topics when exists.
    •Develops a Prototype supply base capable to provide the needed components meeting all engineering requirements.
    •Clarifies technical and commercial requirements together with the requester and the supplier.
    •Plans, tracks and reports all the samples build up activities - electronic and mechanical. assembly, ensuring that the schedule is kept both in time and into the designated budget.
    •Receives the items ordered and checks if they are the right quality and number.
    •Records the measurements and all the relevant information of incoming component parts into the tracking system and keeps the inventory tracking system up to date .
    •Prepare components and materials for the prototype production.
    •Estimation of assembly costs in cooperation with master craftsmen.
    •Creates handbooks with best practices from own projects.
    •Coordinate sample delivery to customers - with Purchase Order info received from PM.
    •Plans and prepares samples for customers deliveries – papers (quality and delivery notes), packaging, labels.
    •Collaborates with Logistics colleagues to have all the paperwork done in time and correctly in order to not impact deliveries.
    •Maintains samples tracking with all relevant information for the designated projects.
