3+ years previous consulting experience or 5+ years relevant industry role (e.g. sales, planning, strategy, process/ continuous improvement, technology etc.)
Master’s degree with excellent academic record is considered a plus
Exposure to foreign environment(s) (e.g. studies, work, long-term travel etc.) is considered a plus
Intellectual curiosity
Self-starter, fast-learner and result oriented
Very good qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written, able to interact with various background people from various levels (i.e. form shop floor to C level)
Fluent in Romanian and English

Independently manage complex project tasks or projects streams
Perform market research and data analysis
Develop and implement operational and strategy models for our clients
Be the client interface and manage client communication
Prepare and deliver client workshops and presentations
Participate in business development activities (e.g. proposals, prepare press articles etc.)
Assist in recruiting and in coaching and developing of new joiners
