    Requirements

    - Very good communication and negotiation skills;
    - Results and customer oriented person;

    - Initiative, flexibility and analytical thinking skills;
    - Ability to relate to difficult people;
    - Customer Orientation
    - Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
    - English language: intermediate level;
    - Previous experience in a similar position will represent an advantage

    Responsibilities

    - Contacting overdue customers according to internal procedures;
    - Providing information and consulting services for clients;
    - Negotiating payment promises in recovering outstanding debts;
    - Establish payment terms with debtors in a professional manner;
    - Monitoring the payment commitments;
    - Identification of fraud cases;
    - Answering calls regarding payment issues;
    - Identifying contact details for customers and updating the internal database;
    - Receiving and initiating calls from/to customers regarding information about the credit loans or credit requests;
    - Initiating calls for different campaigns or surveys;
    - Answering to different customers requests via e-mail and directing them to dedicated terms.
