A day in Conectys:
You will be our primary interface between our client and end-users, offering customer support for native
English & Italian/ German/ Spanish customers via phone, e-mail, or chat
You will answer/ document/ solve customers’ inquiries/ notifications/ complaints by offering an accurate solution and by following predefined workflows on how to handle issues specific to each communication channel
Respond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines
Update the database with all the details about each customer interaction and the most frequent answers or situations encountered
