    • Have good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills;
    • Know the Microsoft Office package and have very good PC skills;
    • To be a calm, calculated and stress-resistant person;
    • Very good decision making skills.



    • Creating credentials and details for the signed accounts, presenting them on the platform with the related settings (product categories, specifications, prices, pictures, logo);
    • Related account changes: price, addition / deletion of products, delivery rate, login details;
    • Implementation of marketing campaigns;
    • Installing, through Team Viewer, the admin application on devices placed in the actual locations;
    • Solving problems related to the connection / functionality of the application for user accounts;
    • xDelivery Maps – drawing separately the delivery areas for each KA;
    • Providing support to our partners by phone and e-mail;
    • Ensure the quality of the Tazz by eMAG service by maintaining an optimal relationship with our partners;
