For our client, a Romanian IT company, we are recruiting an IT Help Desk Officer.
The Help Desk Officer will be ensuring the proper functioning of IT equipment, in terms of hardware and software, providing technical support for employees of the company’s clients.
Providing the first level of technical support for the company's clients;
Installing, configuring and delivering IT equipment and solutions company’s customers;
Fixing problems that occur at the software level for PCs, notebooks;
Diagnosing and troubleshooting minor hardware issues of customer equipment;
Providing the interface with suppliers for technical problems of IT equipment;
Maintaining an updated inventory of IT assets;
Respecting the SLA for the designated responsibilities;
Providing on request reports on IT assets under its supervision;
Possibilities for professional development.
