•Master or Bachelor degree in Technical/ Business Administration combined with commercial/ technical background and skills or equivalent Master/Bachelor degree in Commercial/Economical Engineering

•4-6 years of experience in technical purchasing activities or equivalent professional record in the wiring harness/ component automotive industry

•Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to manage purchasing tasks

•Condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports and compiling presentations

•Very good computer skills (. Microsoft Office);

•You effectively communicate on any level and towards suppliers

•You are a strong team player

•You are having problem solving skills and like to negotiate

•Your English skills are on a business proficiency level in speaking and writing

•Willingness to travel

•Close Collaboration with Advanced & Category Purchasing, Capital Equipment and Cost Engineering to serve BUs, Manufacturing Plants and Engineering

•Prototype Purchasing: develop and define supply base for prototype business for new projects, best practice sharing and support of Advanced Technology Center along sub-category structure, leverage Prototype business among existing supply base for different sub-categories, negotiate prototype conditions along budget contribution targets, sourcing of prototype business for all Business Units and Central Functions not linked to mass production suppliers according to approval and PO process, ensure prototype price availability in existing systems (component and tool cost) for relevant BUs

•Aftermarket: take care of Aftermarket components negotiations and price standards (best by supplier nomination), ensure supplier responsibility to supply parts for 15 years after each MY change, optimize supply conditions, ensure the availability of aftermarket prices in existing Price database as GPDB, meet aftermarket budget for component.
