- Design and build new features and systems within their platform. Code hands on
- Review other people’s code and design
- Suggest and drive initiatives to improve their tech stack and the way they do things
- Take on complex, ambiguous problems, conduct research and find solutions
- Understand video workflows and contribute with new ideas to solve problems in the industry
- Collaborate with the product team to review and improve specifications and designs
- Make an impact

- Their frontend clients are built with React and test automation with cypress.io
- Their APIs are built with GraphQL
- Their backend (micro)services are built with Typescript and Node.js
- Their data sits in Postgres, Redis and Elasticsearch
- They use SQS and SWF to orchestrate their services
