    What we`re looking for

    You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a university, preferably in Econometrics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics.
    • Good command of the English language;
    • Understanding & views on economic landscape & banking industry;
    • You are passionate about risk and compliance;
    • You are enthusiastic and consider the interests of our customers and your colleagues;
    • You have an innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn your ideas into reality;
    • You are interested to learn more about banking/finance;
    • You act with integrity and responsibility;
    • You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.

    Your journey as a trainee

    The Risk Track of the ING International Talent Programme prepares you for an essential role in our company. Our Risk team represents a strategic partner for our management team. We count on you to provide the advice that enables us to take the right decisions for sustainable success.

    Your ITP rotations

    In your first year of the program you`ll explore different areas within ING. You’ll have the chance to begin in the ING Global Compliance Centre (IGCC) as a Junior Compliance specialist. . During this year, you will have two rotations. The second rotation you will have the opportunity to work abroad for six months with one of your projects. As we are a company with a presence in many countries across the globe, you could spend this time in Singapore, US, Poland, Australia or Spain
