    Mandatory Skills and Abilities:

    • 2+ years of experience in acquisitions or similar role;
    • Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is a plus;
    • Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills;
    • Very good communication and negotiations skills;
    • Proficiency in MS – Excel;


    Position Summary:

    • Identification of suppliers for services and goods;
    • Receiving and centralizing orders for products of internal use;
    • Order documents filling, reception, minutes, local stocks;
    • Centralization of orders from the central warehouse (orders for bags received from sales, orders for courier agencies);
    • Preparation. handing over and taking the parcels from the couriers
    • Orders to suppliers and negotiation of contractual terms: price, quality of goods, expectations, deadlines, etc;
    • Generating monthly reports;
    • Monitoring the performance of suppliers and solving any problems in the process;
    • Acquisition of services, negotiation with service providers
