OPERATIONS SECURITY ENGINEER, Location: Bucharest/Remote

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or associated discipline preferred;
 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management and/or information security;
 Hands on experience with various security tools from an administrative perspective, implementing, upgrading, designing solutions, etc.
 Possess scripting language skills using Batch and Python, etc. - Optional: Ansible and PowerShell;
 Expert level knowledge of UNIX platform support, IBM Security Directory Server & IBM Security Access Manager;
 Familiarity with RSA AAoP & RSA SecurID is a plus;
 Familiarity with privacy regulations, information security industry standards;
 Good understanding of data classification standards and controls requirements;
 Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to problem solve with little to no supervision;
 Excellent troubleshooting skills;
 Looks for and finds ways to improve operation.

Responsibilities:
 Troubleshoot infrastructure when incidents occur that includes basic network, servers and connectivity skills;
 Successfully maintain IBM upgrades and fix packs;
 Build new instances of middleware & integrate with other products;
 Collaborate with partners to migrate infrastructure of data center;
 Provide on call support;
 Take a role in conducting security research on threats and remediation techniques/ technology, make recommendations;
 Assist and support remediation activities stemming from security event analysis, vulnerability management and intrusion detection;
 Resilience: Adapt and thrive in complex, uncertain and changing situations;
 Provide superior customer service by creating sustainable and efficient infrastructure. As well as providing upgraded and highly functioning security tools and applications that ensure our identity & access security
