    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)

    Requirements


     Proficiency in Scala based on work experience;
     Fluency in Java acquired in 3+ years of development experience;
     Familiarity with Unix environment;
     Good knowledge of automated application testing (unit, functional/integration, system testing) ;
     Desire to learn new technologies;
     Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking;
     Good communication skills;
     Positive differentiators: Git/GitLab knowledge and Agile work experience;

    Responsibilities

     Engage in the full software development lifecycle to design, build and maintain reliable, efficient and reusable Scala code;
     Prepare software documentation that ensures your code can be properly operated and used in the long run;
     Partner with quality engineers to ensure code quality and participate in identifying innovative and iterative solutions;
     Actively engage in Scrum specific ceremonies in coordination with the client’s team;
     Participate in strategic planning for product development with the senior management;
     Contribute to a culture of code quality, drive continuous improvement of processes and share technical leadership cross-department teams;
     Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and developments;
