During the program you will craft your career by:

    • 12 months departmental rotations within Ploiesti Supply Chain organization
    • Two weeks of study in Berlin at VLB Brewing and Packaging
    • learning from others through coaching, mentorship, leadership development, best practices sharing with colleagues from other countries
    • experiential learning by working on project as well as hands-on experience in operator and supervisor roles
    • having enough exposure and training in all area of brewing operations (e.g. packaging, brewing, logistics, planning), so that at the end of the 12-month program you will have capability to deliver key business projects in your area of interest: Packaging or Brewing
    • securing a Supervisory/Engineering position with us in Brewing or Packaging Department 
    About You
    • You graduated not more than 2 years ago and are ready to take over permanent role starting from May/June 2021
    • Your field of studies is food engineering or sciences: Engineer of Technology (Food Processing)/Chemistry/Mechanical Engineer/Automation engineer/Electrical engineer
    • You are fluent in English and knowledge of another European language will be a plus
    • During your studies, you participated in various extracurricular/international student projects
    • You always want to learn more and overcome challenges
    • You are not afraid to take over the responsibility and ownership
    • You are serious about delivering results
    • You can motivate and inspire other
    • You have a clear desire to work in production area and you understand and agree the working circumstances, e.g working in shifts
