    Requirements

    We are searching value in personality and what the candidates can bring unique with them and are willing to share in working context; it is also important if the candidates have experience in automotive or supply chain area, • 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing in a manufacturing environment, • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management, extensive experience with ERP system, Excel proficiency

    Responsibilities

    Checking the availability of the materials
    Competitive analyze of the forecasts received from the customers; highlighting discrepancies and applying internal procedure
    Introducing the demands in the system
    Maintaining the stock level within the limits and avoid any possible obsolete
    Making the delivery documents (delivery note, EUR, invoice etc)
    Daily contact with the customers
    Informing the customer in time about any possible problem which may occur
    Customer satisfaction
    Cost/stock reduction
    Monitoring stock for SOP/ EOP project, adjust the stock according internal procedure
    Schedule and reschedule release of the finish goods
    Shortages monitoring
    Weekly and monthly reporting. KPI tracking and follow up
    Active part on cycle counting procedure and analysis of discrepancies
    Risk analysis (materials & suppliers)
