    About the Role:

    You will be part of Romania Talent team to hire the best engineers for developing our products. You will coordinate the entire recruitment process for roles such as Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data science Engineer, Security Engineer.

    We’re promoters of making the things better so your feedback is valuable in optimizing our processes.

    We’re looking for someone responsible, who can work with minimum supervision. And the most important, a person with drive and focused on getting the things done.

    Interviewing process: Online

    Our new colleague will work remotely during Covid and then from the Bucharest office (having also the option to work from home) or from Romania (Remote).


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with hiring manager to discuss needs and determine applicant requirements 

    • Gain an understanding for the business and the organization in order to be a true talent partner to hiring managers

    • Build and leverage applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites)

    • Pre-screen candidates to determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements

    • Manage interview process (with support from talent coordinator)

    • Own individual candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience

    • Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines

    • Manage to service level agreements (e.g. time-to-hire)

    • Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
       

    Key Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years technical recruiting/sourcing experience in Romania.  

    • Full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, corporate environment.

    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
