    Manpower is looking for an IT Recruiter to join one of the most important financial institutions in the world.

    Requirements:
    Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
    Previous experience in IT recruitment;
    Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc);
    Experience using a variety of sourcing channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and other job boards and channels;
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
    Conversational English level, both writing and speaking.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilities:
    Developing a good understanding of client’s industry and field of activity, profiles they are recruiting, their recruitment process;
    Screen applications to check the compatibility with the job requirements;
    Understanding and being able to match profiles (generally technical profiles) with our client’s needs;
    Active searching for candidates through multiple channels;
    Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
    Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process.

    Employment contract 6 months - real possibility of extension;
    Location: on site, from the client's location, in Bucharest;
    Highly competitive salary.
