    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    - 1 year of experience in Customer Service
    - Knowledge of English language

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    - Work of in customer service team
    - Liaise with the central shared service center and external authorities and accounting company on behalf of the region

    Commercial Support:

    - Support requirements of the country manager and commercial team
    - Processing orders for product from customers in the Kingspan commercial IT system - - Lead communication between the supply factories and local operation(s)
    - Answer promptly to client requests / questions regarding different aspects of services / company products
    - Support marketing initiatives as required i.e. (mail shot, exhibitions, telephone sales, data base filling)

    Financial:

    - Interaction with and support of the external accounting support across the region
    - Managing banking activities and relationships
    - Support customs clearance activities as needed
    - Payment processing as required
    - Monitoring and management of expense claims and other similar issues

    Customer Management:

    - Implementation and enforcement of the Group Credit Control Policy across the region
    - Supervision of customer accounts balances and following up on outstanding balances with and through the sales and customer service teams throughout the region
    - Evaluation of customer risk profile as determined
    - Liaison with commercial management and divisional credit controller regarding decisions to stop supply
    - Liaison with customers in settling disagreements and disputes when necessary
    - Ensuring that the necessary data is collected on all customers prior to client authorization
