Industrial Performance Specialist

Engineering degree in technical field
Minimum experience of 1-3 years in a similar position in the industrial / production environment
Functional and technical skills: Quality standards and system regulations (ISO), wire manufacturing process and associated technologies, process improvement techniques, quality tools (statistical process control, PFMEA, APQP, etc.), continuous improvement, analytical and problem-solving skills
Language and software skills: MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PPT) and ERP, MES applications.
Knowledge of English is mandatory.
Communication, relationship development, self development, personal effectiveness.

Collects the production data needed to calculate overconsumption, checks data reliability, calculates overconsumption rates. Analyse the results and undertake an analysis of the main causes in case of discrepancies proposing an action plan.
Reviews the general results on industrial performance, analyses the main causes of industrial non-performance in collaboration with other departments, contributes to the development of action plans for improvement.
Updates of product technical specification documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA and other relevant technical documents.
Verifies and calibrates the process parameters and takes appropriate action accordingly. Contributes to the validation of new equipment or its upgrades.
Oversees the preparation, control, regulation and monitoring of the emulsion and treated water.
Develops the technical specifications of production equipment and consumables, makes the reception and defines the needs of tools. Implements corrective and preventive action plans to prevent losses and costs.
Prepares, communicates and reviews KPI indicators of Industrial Performance and accordingly proposes plans for continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to meet the objectives of the Department and the company.
